BM-DFLRK Installation Instructions and Pictures
BM-DFLRK-1ND Normal duty Basic Kit 1: $34.95 (up to 30 AMPS)
Includes the relay assembly with replaceable Bosch 40 amp relay, direct to battery wiring harness, ground connection wiring harness, weather-pak fuse holder with a 15 Amp fuse, and splice tap to tap into the high beam or low beam wiring, wiring loom to protect wiring and zip ties to make it neat. All connections except the connections to the actual lights are pre-terminated. I include the terminals for those connections. This kit lets you turn on lights that pull up to 15 amps EACH!
Example lights: Hella 500’s pulls 4.5 amps each.

The lights may be connected as follows:
Method 1: Lights are wired into high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it) only. They will come on whenever high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it) are on
***Optional Quick Disconnects: $12.95 Adds two weather-pak quick disconnects to any light kit so that the lights can be quickly disconnected and plugged for state inspection, bumper removal, bulb replacement or whatever.
Install time: 1 hour
BM-DFLRK-2ND Normal duty Deluxe Kit 2: $44.95 (up to 30 AMPS)
Same as above but adds a lighted two position toggle switch (your choice of red, amber, green or blue light) and harness to control relay.
Lights can be connected as follows:
Method 1: Bumper Lights are wired through the toggle switch into the high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it) circuit.
: Switch Up - Bumper lights are on ifhigh or low beams (Your choice when wiring it) are on.
: Switch Down – Bumper Lights are off regardless of high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it).
Method 2: Bumper Lights are wired through the toggle switch only and are turned on/off by the driver.
: Switch Up - Bumper lights are on regardless ofhigh or low beams (Your choice when wiring it) or key switch. (Can be wired so that switch only works if key is on)
: Switch Down – Bumper Lights are off regardless of high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it) or key switch.
Option #1: For AUTOMATICS and Deluxe Kit 2 above ONLY! $15.00 Shift Console mounted Switch Bank with a single 2 light DPDT toggle switch and your choice of a red or black switch actuator. When the switch is in MANUAL position the large red light on the switch comes on and the bumper mounted lights come on regardless of key or high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it). When the switch is in AUTO position the small red light on the switch comes on and the bumper/fog lights are turned on any time the high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it) are on regardless of key position. When the switch is in the OFF position the bumper lights never come on. (This meets Canadian requirements.)
Includes one 2 light switch body, one 2 light switch actuator (choose black or red), and one 3 position switch bezel. Buy CoolKit #3 to get all three switches of your choice!
Add additional switches
Add any additional switch with actuator for only $8.00! Choose SPST (On-Off single circuit) SPDT (On-Off-On double circuit) DPST (On-Off double circuit) DPDT (On-Off-On double circuit) All switches available lit or un-lit.
Light switch actuators are available with Red, Green and Amber lenses and red or black actuators. See CoolKit #3 for pictures.
Total would be: $59.95 ($44.95 +$15.00) with single DPDT switch. Add additional switches for $8.00 each

BM-DFLRK-3ND Normal Duty Super Deluxe Kit 3: $54.95 (up to 30 AMPS) Same as kit above but substitutes a unique, black, lit 3 position toggle switch. This switch lights up any time the key is on and functions as follows:
Switch up : Bumper Lights turn on/off withhigh or low beams (Your choice when wiring it). Switch handle lights up Green
Switch center: Bumper Lights are off regardless of high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it). Switch handle lights up white
Switch Down: Bumper Lights are on regardless of high or low beams (Your choice when wiring it) or key position. Switch handle lights up Red
