Placing the order: Send an email to coolerman@qx.net . I will need the product number of the device you wish to order, the make and model of your vehicle (Nissan : Frontier, Pathfinder, or Xterra or Pontiac Aztek) the year of your truck, and whether it’s an automatic or a manual transmission. Also please include the mailing address you wish the kit sent to.
Payment method: Check or money order only! I'm a trusting person. I include a self addressed stamped envelope with the kit so you don’t have to do anything but put your payment in and drop it in the mail! So far NO ONE has ripped me off! Please make checks or money orders payable to: Mark Baker NOT CoolKits!!!
Shipping: I ship using US Mail. If you order more than one kit, shipping to the SAME address, I will box them up together and only charge ACTUAL shipping costs. Other methods are available just ask when ordering. If your preferred method of shipment is more than stated then you will pay the extra cost. Overnight shipping is available just ask for the cost when ordering.
Returns: If you are not happy with ANY of my products return them within 30 days postage paid for a complete refund!
Warranty: If any of my products fails within 1 year of purchase return it postage paid. I will repair or replace it no questions asked.
