1. Disconnect the + AND - Battery terminal from the battery! I can't stress this enough...

2. Go to the starter. Remove the nut holding the battery cable and the large White wire to the B terminal.

3. Cut the large ring terminal off the White charge wire. Do NOT trim the OEM White wire any shorter than needed! Just cut off the ring terminal. Should someone want to restore this back they will need the length!

4. If it's included, slide the ribbed blue silicone seal onto the white wire so that the "fins" are to the left. I know it looks like it won't fit, but the silicon will stretch. Slide it out of the way. Strip off 1/2" insulation from the white wire. See Fig. 3

6. Unscrew the cap from the end of the Green or Yellow Posi-Lock and slide the cap onto the wire. See Fig. 3

7. Feather out the wire strands as shown in Fig. 4

8. Insert the wire into the Posi-Lock. Hold the wire against the nipple while tightening the cap. Tighten it FIRMLY!

9. Use a tooth pick or something similiar to push the blue silicone seal into the Posi-Lock end cap until its flush. (Ignore this if the seal was not included.)

10. Reattach the battery cable and the White wire to the B terminal on the starter and firmly tighten the retaining nut.

11. Reattach the battery cables after cleaning them of course. That's it! You are done and your main charge harness is now protected from a dead short!
