from your old rear heater harness! These 3 pin rubber connectors
are no longer available new! I will clean them and install new terminals

This repair harness allows you to replace damaged or missing alternator
wiring on your 67 to 77 FJ40/45 with the square three terminal connector.
Pre-terminated 5' long wires (can be made longer if needed $1.50
per foot). Each harness has a White/Blue 10ga (B+), White/Black
16ga (GND) and White/Green 16ga (Field) wires. Comes with one Yellow
Posi-Lock to easily splice the 10ga White/Blue wire to your harness.
The smaller 16ga White/Black and White/Green wires can be soldered
and heat shrinked.

16ga (Key Switched Ignition) and Yellow 16ga (For a charge lamp)
wires. Comes with one Yellow Posi-Lock to easily splice the 10ga
White/Blue wire to your harness. The smaller 16ga wires can be soldered
and heat shrinked.

Plug Gauge Cluster Adapter

the use of the later style gauge cluster with the round plug to
be used on earlier trucks.
Please note: You MUST use the gauge
sensors (oil pressure and water temp) that match the year of the
gauge cluster you are actually using. Example: you want to use a
1978 gauge cluster in a 1970 FJ40. You will need to replace the
sensors in your 1970 FJ40 with ones from a 1978 FJ40. If you want
both the old style turn indicators in the dash AND the new gauge
cluster built in turn indicators to work I can add that ability.

Gauge Cluster Ground Kit

to scrape off that new shiny paint just to get the gauge cluster
to properly ground? Install this kit! The kit provides a solid ground
for the gauge cluster, even when it's not mounted in the dash! Great
for trouble shooting electrical issues in the cluster while assembling
your truck. Unplugs to allow the cluster to be completely removed.
Attaches to cluster and to any screw under the dash to provide a
solid ground connection.
Dakota Digital Gas
Tank Sending Unit Isolated Ground Sub-Harness
1967 to 1974 FJ40

1 This complete sub-harness
provides the Dakota Digital gauge cluster with signal and ground
wires all the way from the gas tank sending unit, through the existing
rear chassis harness connectors then on to the Dakota cluster terminal
block. The ground and signal wires are twisted around each other
to help prevent noise from entering the Dakota gauge cluster.
You will get the main harness pre-terminated
with male terminals for the rear chassis harness connectors and
long enough to easily reach the gas tank sending unit for all FJ40's
with the gas tank under the passenger seat. I include the connectors
for the gas tank sending unit so you can route he wires, cut to
your needed length and then terminate them at the tank sending unit.
You will also get two wires pre-terminated
with female terminals for the harness side rear chassis connectors
to bring the wires from there to the Dakota Digital terminal block.
