Plumbing Schematic

This is my favorite feature of the mobile home. ALL the plumbing is sourced from this closet. The PO (previous owner) did a good, though sloppy, job of hooking everything up. He replaced most of the original copper tubing with 1/2" PVC. There are shut-off valves for all the fixtures, winter drain valves at the lowest points of the system, the water heater pressure pop-off is routed through the floor and even the outside faucet connects off the main line in with a washer hose which you disconnect and easily drain. He also added a 115VAC outlet and the 220V dryer outlet in the closet. The one thing I wish he had done was to put a plastic pan under the water heater with the drain for it going under the floor. Future plans call for the bathtub to be removed, the floor under the tub replaced, the entire floor in the closet to be replaced, walls painted white for better visibility, water heater replaced with pan under it, and plumbing re-done in all PVC.
